Yasmine Haro, Legal Advocate
Yasmine (she/her), a December 2024 graduate of Seattle University School of Law, combines her personal experiences with a strong commitment to justice. As a second-generation Mexican-American and first-generation law student, she has focused her career on advocating for immigrant and refugee communities. Her professional background includes work with the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), Seattle U’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, and an externship with the Alaska Child Protection Division. Yasmine holds History degrees from Pacific Lutheran University and the University of London Institute in Paris. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling and reading.
